Grigory Landsberg
Grigory Samuilovich Landsberg (Григорий Самуилович Ландсберг) (January 22, 1890, Vologda - February 2, 1957, Moscow) was a Soviet physicist. Grigory S. Landsberg is a co-discoverer of inelastic combinatorial scattering of light used now in Raman spectroscopy. His major scientific contributions were in the fields of optics and spectroscopy.
