Professional Career
Hardy had a breakout year in 2012, recording 11 sacks in 15 games with the Panthers. This was all despite playing the majority of the season with a cast on his left hand. Hardy earned the nickname "The Kraken" from his teammates due to his ferocious nature and his relentless pursuit of opposing quarterbacks.
