5Star Urgent Response
In early 2011, GreatCall launched 5Star Urgent Response. This personal safety service provides immediate connection to Certified Response Agents trained to help a user in any uncertain or unsafe situation and can also call 9-1-1 on a user's behalf in an emergency.
