- In the show The Big Bang Theory on CBS the character Raj, who has a fear of talking to women, orders this drink and is able to talk to overcome his fear. Initally used in his discovery, later on any alcohol allows him to calm his nerves and talk to women, he still prefers the grasshopper as his favorite drink.
