Band Line-up of Gaahl and King Ov Hell
The name God Seed was assumed in March 2009 in the wake of the verdict, and performed at two festivals prior to Gaahl's departure and retirement from metal in July that year. Ostensibly, this lineup had been signed by Indie Recordings - whose founder Espen Røhne supported King and Gaahl during the dispute.
