Cardio Cinema
Gold's Gym was one of the first companies to introduce the "Cardio Cinema" concept, which is an actual movie theatre inside the facility with treadmills instead of seats. Gold's Gym now has more than 50 cardio cinemas across the U.S., more than any other competitor.
