Gol Maal (Devnagari: गोल माल, Urdu: گول مال, meaning hodgepodge, confusion) is a 1979 Bollywood comedy movie directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee. The film was produced by Mukherjee and N.C.Sippy with music by Rahul Dev Burman. The film's music was magically crafted by Burman to match the timbre of Mukherjee's perception of a subtle, yet complex love story involving the Indian middle class.
