Gamma II

GMDAT has taken responsibility for future development of GM's GSV (Global Small Vehicle) architecture,. This architecture will eventually be used for all small vehicles from GM, as a true global small car platform. Most of the engineering work on GSV based Opel/Vauxhall vehicles was done at Opel's International Technical Development Center (ITDC) in Rüsselsheim, Germany.

The vehicles will be assembled at factories in the United States, Germany, Spain, India, Korea, Mexico, Thailand, Venezuela, and China.

  • 2010- Chevrolet Spark
  • 2011- Chevrolet Aveo/Sonic
  • 2011- Chevrolet Cobalt
  • 2012- Opel/Vauxhall Mokka, Buick Encore
  • 2012- Chevrolet Spin
  • 2013- Chevrolet/Holden Trax
  • 2013- Opel Adam
  • 2013- Chevrolet Onix
