School Events
- Spirit Week is held the week of Homecoming and consists of themed days including Movie Character Day, Sports Team Day, Wacky Day, Twin Day, and Red and Gold Day. On the day of the game, Friday, students dress in the high school colors, red and gold and hold a pep rally outside on the bleachers of the football field.

Famous quotes containing the words school and/or events:
“He had first discovered a propensity for savagery in the acrid lavatories of a minor English public school where he used to press the heads of the new boys into the ceramic bowl and pull the flush upon them to drown their gurgling protests.”
—Angela Carter (19401992)
“One cannot be a good historian of the outward, visible world without giving some thought to the hidden, private life of ordinary people; and on the other hand one cannot be a good historian of this inner life without taking into account outward events where these are relevant. They are two orders of fact which reflect each other, which are always linked and which sometimes provoke each other.”
—Victor Hugo (18021885)
