G&L Clothing is currently the largest Carhartt retailer in the state of Iowa, and among the largest independent retail stores in the nation. Other brands sold include Levi's, Wrangler, Dickies, Timberland and LaCrosse. In addition to its retail store, G&L Clothing operates its online and commercial (uniform) divisions. The store employs approximately 40 individuals including Art Nizzi who has worked at G&L Clothing for over 60 years.
