The Football Association of Saxony-Anhalt league system is the association league systems in the state of Saxony-Anhalt and starts at level 6 of the German league system with the Verbandsliga Sachsen-Anhalt on top. The current (2011–12 season) champions are the reserves of Hallescher FC. The champions are directly promoted to Oberliga Nordost.

Below the state association league system 14 district associations work as feeders to the Landesklasse. In the 2012–13 season, the full system comprises 90 divisions having 1,215 teams. Additionally, 6 teams play above the state association league system: Hallescher FC (3. Liga), VfB Germania Halberstadt and 1. FC Magdeburg (all Regionalliga Nordost), Hallescher FC II, FC Grün-Weiß Piesteritz and VfL Halle 96 (all Oberliga Nordost).
