While in the virtual prison, were-cats slowly lose their memories and can be used by the Ministry of Health and Welfare as were-cat assassins, as shown by the examples given by Socks (vol. 2) and Arnold (vol. 12).
In volume 5, Taba explains that the reason they yell "Delete" when hitting the Enter key is that capturing the were-cats is a "killing move", and killing moves need their name shouted out.
