At the 2010 conference 5100 people registered from 43 countries. At the main worship service on Saturday an estimated 6700 attended. Attendees crowded onto approximately 70 buses on Saturday afternoon for door-to-door evangelism in and around the city of Baltimore. Many church leaders, including General Conference president Ted Wilson and well-known evangelist Mark Finley, joined the youth for that venture.
