Personal Life

She married Greg Fahlman on November 27, 1993, and they have a son named Spencer. In 2001, Nolin divorced Fahlman and married NHL hockey player Cale Hulse in 2004. They have two children: son Hudson Lee Hulse (born 2006) and Stella Monroe Hulse (born 2008). Shortly after the birth of her first child, Nolin was misdiagnosed and treated for postnatal depression. She suffered greater symptoms during her second pregnancy, and then suffered Arrhythmia during her third. A thyroxine level check within a blood test found a low level, and she was immediately diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Nolin now campaigns for regular thyroid gland checks and blood tests.

Famous quotes containing the words personal and/or life:

I have enjoyed greatly the second blooming that comes when you finish the life of the emotions and of personal relations; and suddenly you find—at the age of fifty, say—that a whole new life has opened before you, filled with things you can think about, study, or read about.... It is as if a fresh sap of ideas and thoughts was rising in you.
    Agatha Christie (1891–1976)

We [actors] are indeed a strange lot! There are times we doubt that we have any emotions we can honestly call our own. I have approached every dynamic scene change in my life the same way. When I married Charlie MacArthur, I sat down and wondered how I could play the best wife that ever was.... My love for him was the truest thing in my life; but it was still important that I love him with proper effect, that I act loving him with great style, that I achieve the ultimate in wifedom.
    Helen Hayes (1900–1993)
