Development
Gan is most developed island in the Laamu Atoll. After 2004 Tsunami French Red Cross and other foreign governments build new building new School and Multi-Purpose building, New Hospital Building etc. Now we have big Hospital, Bank, Primary and Secondary School, Water Plant, Police Station and Power Houses. Tourism is started and going ahead successfully.
