Game Replay
A game replay is a form of user-generated content. In most instances, a game replay is a recording of a battle between opponents in a video game which can then be viewed by other players. It is most commonly used in real time strategy games like StarCraft, Command & Conquer, World in Conflict, Company of Heroes, and Age of Empires, as well as some first-person shooter games such as Counter-Strike (via console command). Recently, game replays are being used on non-computer platforms and games, such as Halo Wars.
A number of websites allow users to upload replays of certain games so that other players can download and watch them, either for entertainment or improving their own skills.

Famous quotes containing the words game and/or replay:
“Even an attorney of moderate talent can postpone doomsday year after year, for the system of appeals that pervades American jurisprudence amounts to a legalistic wheel of fortune, a game of chance, somewhat fixed in the favor of the criminal, that the participants play interminably.”
—Truman Capote (19241984)
“One reason writers write is out of revenge. Life hurts; certain ideas and experiences hurt; one wants to clarify, to set out illuminations, to replay the old bad scenes and get the Treppenworte saidthe words one didnt have the strength or ripeness to say when those words were necessary for ones dignity or survival.”
—Cynthia Ozick (b. 1928)
