Gajuwaka is situated on NH-5 (redirected as NH-16). Hence all the buses leaving towards the south of city pass through Gajuwaka provided with a stop. All the city buses towards Anakapally, Kurmanapalem, and Elamanchili reach their destination through this junction. A bus depot is located near New Gajuwaka.
