Personal Life and Philanthropy
Gabby was married to Dear Heart and P.S. I Love You co-star Sharon Cuneta from 1984-1987. Together they have a daughter, actress and model Kristina Cassandra Concepcion. He has two other daughters, Gabrielle with Grace Ibuna and Chloe, from his marriage to Jenny Syquia in the early 1990s. In 2004, Concepcion married long-time girlfriend Genevieve Gonzalez in California. Their daughter Samantha Alexis born in 2008.
Concepcion brought doctors every December to treat sick people in the whole peninsula who could not afford health care and repaid them by letting them stay in his beach resort in Anilao, Batangas.
