Early Life
Gabby was born in San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines to Rolando "Rollie" Concepcion, a Filipino mestizo, and Lourdes Arellano. He received the name "Gabby" because he talks too much. He is the great grandson of prominent Manila landmark architect Juan M. Arellano. Concepcion attended the Ateneo de Manila from elementary and Aquinas School high school and spent part of his high school years in Aquinas. He studied Pre-Dentistry in Centro Escolar University Manila Campus.
