TNT Incentive
As noted above, Gaba instructors are not entitled to any seasonal or yearly bonuses, but those who teach over 100 lessons in a month are eligible for a "Total Number Taught" monthly incentive based on the total amount of lessons taught. There are three categories, and as the budget alloted is limited to around 2.5 million yen companywide per month the amounts paid for each vary from month to month, but are largely consistent over time.
