Fulton Hogan

Fulton Hogan is a large infrastructure construction, roadworks and aggregate supplier company in New Zealand, which is also active in wider Australasia.

The company was founded by Julius Fulton and Robert Hogan in Dunedin in 1933. In 2007 the company reported an annual operating profit of NZ$92.93 million, from revenue of $1.61 billion, and employed over 4,800 people. This is up from 3,400 staff and a net profit of over $55 million on revenue of $891 million in 2005.

The company is an unlisted public company, with Shell New Zealand holding a 39.9% stake in 2010.
