Gushers originally came in two flavors: Gushin' Grape and Strawberry Splash. Later, grape was discontinued.

Now there are also mood gushers.These mood gushers come in a fruit punch flavor with different colored fruit fillings. When one bites into a mood gusher, the colored goo colors their tongue. The person can then 'tell their mood' by looking at the back of the box and at the color of their tongue. There are also variety packs: the traditional Variety Pack, which contains all of the flavors mentioned above. The most recent addition to the Gusher family is the "Mystery Flavor." Stores such as Sams Club and Wal-Mart, plus associates, carry Gushers in bulk.
