Freshwater Place is a high-rise complex in the Southbank district of Melbourne, Australia. The complex consists of a 62 floor residential skyscraper and PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, a 36 storey office building. The building stands at 205m. There are three parts of the building. One has its own pool, spa and steam room, gym and the other parts share the its pool spa steam room and gym. Freshwater has its on plaza which includes a McDonalds, 7-Eleven, a supermarket and a pharmacy. The building is currently the 8th tallest building in Melbourne and is the 24th tallest building in Australia.
