Frederick Henry Francis (1881 – 15 August 1949) was an Australian politician. Born in Melbourne, he was a builder and Malvern City Councillor before entering federal politics. In 1919, he contested the Australian House of Representatives seat of Henty as an independent Nationalist and defeated the sitting Nationalist MP, James Boyd, on Labor preferences. By the 1922 election, Francis was a member of the Nationalist Party, and defeated three other Nationalist candidates, including Boyd and future member for Henty Henry Gullett. Francis retired in 1925, and died in 1949.
