Chris Burns - Football standout at Page High School and Middle Tennessee State University drafted in the 6th round of the 1992 NFL Draft as a defensive tackle by the Cincinnati Bengals.

Randy Evans - Head women's soccer coach at the University of Oklahoma 1999-2007, All-American high school soccer player at Page High, member of the Olympic Development Under-23 South Regional Team.

Jay Foster - First state champion in Page High School history winning the 300-meter hurdles event in 1989 and the #2-ranked hurdler in the nation at 18 years of age.

Gilbert was the 2009 state champion and 2008 runner-up in the decathlon as well as the state runner-up in pole vault in both 2008 and 2009.

George Hatcher - The first national merit finalist in school history in 1996, Hatcher is currently a NASA scientist at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida as well as a member of the Bahá'í Faith.

Daniel Keedy - Successful scientist at Duke University. He is currently a sought after consultant for many Government Agencies as well as the private sector. He was recently named scientist of the year in 2008 by the Tennessee Scientist Association for his outstanding work in protein folding and molecular biophysical fusing.

Kate Maguigan - Girls soccer standout 2007-2010 who broke all Page High records, was one of the national prep scoring leaders in 2009, and signed with the University of Michigan in 2011. Finished career as the 6th-leading scorer in Tennessee history.

Denise Monteath - Former NFL cheerleader with the Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders squad and Page High dance team captain.

Emily Perilli - Girls volleyball player 1999-2002 who led Page High School to 3 consecutive volleyball state championships and became the only high school athlete in Tennessee history to earn state MVP three consecutive years. Emily played collegiate volleyball at University of Virginia 2003-2006.

Cory Robison - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 2009 world champion, one of only eight Americans with this honor.

Jared Schaumann - World champion on the prestigious American Mathematics Competitions grade 10 exam.

Nicole Smith - Girls volleyball player 2006-2009 who led Page High School to four consecutive state tournaments and was named national high school MVP. Smith was also a member of the girls track & field team 2007-2008 and was the 2008 long jump and high jump state champion. She still holds the Class A-AA state freshman record by long jumping 17' 7" in 2007. Nicole Smith signed with Notre Dame University for volleyball in 2009.

Kirstin Tucker - Broadway dancer 2009–present.

James Vaughn - Boys track & field sprinter 2005-2006 was the 2005 state champion in the 100m dash with the second fastest time in A-AA history, 10.72 seconds . Vaughn was also state runner-up in the 2005 200m dash and anchored the 4x200m relay team that placed 3rd in the state championships in 2006.

Celica Westbrook - Recording artist and contestant on the television program The Voice.
