Nottingham Forest Chairman

Clark took over from Nigel Doughty as chairman of Nottingham Forest football club on 12 October 2011. Forest were managerless at the time, following the resignation of Steve McClaren. Famous quotes containing the words forest and/or chairman:

What is most striking in the Maine wilderness is the continuousness of the forest, with fewer open intervals or glades than you had imagined. Except the few burnt lands, the narrow intervals on the rivers, the bare tops of the high mountains, and the lakes and streams, the forest is uninterrupted.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)

You know, when these New Negroes have their convention—that is going to be the chairman of the Committee on Unending Agitation. Race, race, race!... Damn, even the N double A C P takes a holiday sometimes!
    Lorraine Hansberry (1930–1965)
