Frank Bush (born January 10, 1963 in Athens, Georgia) is the current linebacker coach of the St. Louis Rams. He is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League. He was drafted by the Houston Oilers in the fifth round of the 1985 NFL Draft. He played college football at North Carolina State.
