Four teams qualified to the final tournament. These were: Jagiellonia Białystok, Gwarek Zabrze, Górnik Łęczna and Lechia Zielona Góra. Jagiellonia beat all opponents - Gwarek 3-1, Gornik 1-0 and Lechia 2-1. Second was Gwarek, third Gornik, fourth - Lechia Zielona Góra. CHAMPION - JAGIELLONIA BIALYSTOK
