Every year one of the partners - institutions of higher educations (Universities of applied Sciences) is the host institution for the Annual Meeting.
- In 2006 Edinburgh Napier University in Edinburgh - Scotland, UK

- in 2008 Masraryk University in Brno - Czech Republic
- In 2009 The Hague University in The Hague, The Netherlands
- In 2010 the host of the 18th Annual Meeting will be the EGE University in Izmir Turkey.
