Commercial Buildings
One of the commercial buildings in Flemingdon Park is the Foresters Recreational Centre located in the Don Mills area. In Flemingdon Park, previously there was a Food Basics grocery store unit until it was demolished in 2006 and re-built as a Shoppers Drugmart in 2008. Flemingdon Park, features convenience stores, a coin laundry unit, Sunny Food Mart and other corner stores. In 2011, a Tim Horton's was built. 7 Eleven located at 701 Don Mills Road was closed on August 17, 2012 and relocated to 310 O'Connor. Zellers on Overlea Boulevard also closed and is being replaced by the American brand name, Target.
