Finest Moments was an album released in 2002 by the English singer Louise. The album was released only a year after her first greatest hits compilation by EMI, the company which Louise had recently left. It is perhaps due to this reason that the album failed to chart in the UK. As Louise has moved away from music to further her career in other fields and look after her family she has not released any albums since this one.

Famous quotes containing the words finest and/or moments:
“After reading Howitts account of the Australian gold-diggings one evening,... I asked myself why I might not be washing some gold daily, though it were only the finest particles, why I might not sink a shaft down to the gold within me, and work that mine.... At any rate, I might pursue some path, however solitary and narrow and crooked, in which I could walk with love and reverence.”
—Henry David Thoreau (18171862)
“Within the circuit of this plodding life
There enter moments of an azure hue,
Untarnished fair as is the violet
Or anemone, when the spring strews them
By some meandering rivulet, which make
The best philosophy untrue that aims
But to console man for his grievances.
I have remembered when the winter came,”
—Henry David Thoreau (18171862)
