Fine Art Dealers Association

The Fine Art Dealers Association (FADA) was founded in 1990 as a non-profit membership organization of art dealers. Membership in FADA is highly selective and by invitation only. Each member has expert knowledge of the artist or periods in which he or she specializes and maintains a corresponding inventory. Members share their expertise through significant exhibition, informative catalogs, and by offering works of art whose authenticity is carefully researched.

War was return of earth to ugly earth,
    War was foundering of sublimities,
Extinction of each happy art and faith
By which the world had still kept head in air.

There seems to be no stopping drug frenzy once it takes hold of a nation. What starts with an innocuous HUGS, NOT DRUGS bumper sticker soon leads to wild talk of shooting dealers and making urine tests a condition for employment—anywhere.
    Barbara Ehrenreich (b. 1941)

In this great association we know no North, no South, no East, no West. This has been our pride for all these years. We have no political party. We never have inquired what anybody’s religion is. All we ever have asked is simply, “Do you believe in perfect equality for women?” This is the one article in our creed.
    Susan B. Anthony (1820–1906)
