A number of retail tenants have been added to the station, namely at the lower concourse level:

- second location in the unpaid area opened in 2009
- Gateway Newstands
- two separate booths located inside the fare paid area
- Finch Gift Shop
- Wicket Ticket - (lottery booth)
- Chantelle - accessories store
- Bank of Montreal Bank Machine
