In 2002, she married her longtime Danish boyfriend Jesper Irn at the Priory Church in her hometown of Dunstable, Bedfordshire. They divorced after five years.
On 24 February 2009, 7.30a.m, Tozer gave birth to her first child, named Benjamin Barrington Tozer-Smith. On 5 December 2009 Faye married Michael Smith in a ceremony at Beamish Hall which was televised on an episode of Celebrity Four Weddings.
