Polish Fathers want a rebuttable presumption for shared parenting in Polish law. There is a project of new law actually being prepared. The Polish Parliament should pass it shortly.
Active Fathers organizations are Inicjatywa Społeczna Porozumienie Rawskie PorozumienieRawskie.pl, Rodzice Pomorza and a web portal www.opiekarownowazna.pl. This groups are active to highlight their claim that only women have rights after a divorce. Delegates work in Senate and Parliament to pass the new coo parenting law.
