Fa Hui Park (Chinese: 花墟公園) is a small park located along and north of Boundary Street, at the southeastern corner of Sham Shui Po District, Kowloon in Hong Kong. It occupies 3.19 hectares. It is one of the sites where a Lunar New Year Fair is held every year.
There is a 1,100m2 community garden in the park. Participants of "Community Garden Programme" are allowed to grow crops and ornamental plants in the community garden of Fa Hui Park; they are also permitted to take the harvest home afterwards.
Famous quotes containing the word park:
“Linnæus, setting out for Lapland, surveys his comb and spare shirt, leathern breeches and gauze cap to keep off gnats, with as much complacency as Bonaparte a park of artillery for the Russian campaign. The quiet bravery of the man is admirable.”
—Henry David Thoreau (18171862)
