Incentives and Sanctions
Ewell Castle has a system for encouraging boys to produce a high standard of work. An excellent piece of work may be rewarded with a Merit, to be shown to the boy's tutors as evidence of progress. Parents can now gain access to the number of merits obtained by their sons by logging in to the Parents' Portal. The school deals effectively with any misdemeanours that may occur- discipline is something that Ewell takes pride in to ensure excellent behaviour and punctuality throughout the school.
