Ethan Johns

Ethan Johns is an English record producer, engineer, mixer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Johns has worked with artists including Ryan Adams, Kings of Leon, Ray LaMontagne, Tom Jones, Kaiser Chiefs, Rufus Wainwright, The Boxer Rebellion, Crowded House, The Vaccines, Laura Marling, The Staves, and Crosby, Stills and Nash. Though Johns is primarily a record producer, mixer and engineer, the multi-instrumentalist has also toured with acts including Emmylou Harris, Ryan Adams, Ray LaMontagne and Tom Jones Johns is the owner of the indie record label "Three Crows Music" which is home to Julianna Raye, Sarabeth and pianist/composer Dave Palmer. He also runs the record label "Three Crows Records" within Warner/Atlantic. Johns is the son of the notable record producer and engineer Glyn Johns (The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin and The Who). In 2012, Johns won the 2012 Brit Award for Best British Producer.

Johns is set to release his solo artist album titled "If Not Now Then When" in February 2013. The solo album will be released in its first edition on vinyl in November 2012. As a producer Johns is represented exclusively by Global Positioning Services Management in Santa Monica, and as an artist Johns is represented by ATC Management in London.

Ethan Johns spent 15 years in Los Angeles as a record producer and musician, and currently lives and continues to make records in England.
