Matthew Jarvis (poker player) had a successful finish in June 2011 at the 42st (WSOP) World Series of Poker resulted in a first place finish for an $808,000 win. In November 2011, at the 41st WSOP Matt finished in the final 'November 9' to win over $1,000,000.


Afraj Gill graduated with a 100% GPA in his final year, among many other notable achievements. Gill graduated with over 16 provincial and national scholarship, achieving a cumulative total of over $120,000 in provincial and national awards and scholarships, one of the highest in British Columbia. He served as the President of Enver Creek in his final year. Gill was also named as one of the Top 25 Under 25 recipients in 2012, by City of Surrey's Board of Trade.
