Employee Relations Law Journal

The Employee Relations Law Journal is a legal journal which publishes articles in the field of labor and employment law. The journal covers employment law issues such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, family medical leave, sexual harassment, terminations, age discrimination, alternative dispute resolution, National Labor Relations Board decisions, and trends in employment law. The journal also includes regular columnists. These explore topics such as new employment and labor relations laws, regulations, court cases, developments in employee benefits administration, on-the-job safety and health issues, and labor-management relations. The journal is published quarterly by Aspen Publishers.

Famous quotes containing the words relations, law and/or journal:

Society does not consist of individuals but expresses the sum of interrelations, the relations within which these individuals stand.
    Karl Marx (1818–1883)

It seems to be a law in American life that whatever enriches us anywhere except in the wallet inevitably becomes uneconomic.
    Russell Baker (b. 1925)

The Journal is not essentially a confession, a story about oneself. It is a Memorial. What does the writer have to remember? Himself, who he is when he is not writing, when he is living his daily life, when he alive and real, and not dying and without truth.
    Maurice Blanchot (b. 1907)
