Mrs. Pollifax in Film
In 1971 a theatrical film named Mrs. Pollifax—Spy, based on the book The Unexpected Mrs. Pollifax, was made. It starred Rosalind Russell in the title role, and she was also credited as contributing to the story idea under a pseudonym.
In 1999 a CBS television movie based on The Unexpected Mrs. Pollifax was made starring Angela Lansbury in the title role.
