Musical Life
The school music department is centred around the Concert Hall, a converted musical hall complete with seven soundproof practice rooms, rigs and staging as well as an organ. There are three specialist classrooms, including a Music Technology Suite. Emanuel's Chapel Choir has performed all over the world, in Venice, New York, Malta, Japan, and other locations. Music tuition is available in all major instruments. Ex pupil Matthew Raymond-Barker won the French X-Factor in 2011.
