Elliot Vallejo
Elliot Louis Vallejo (born May 17, 1984 in Monterey, California) is an American football offensive tackle who is currently retired. He was signed by the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in 2006. He played college football at UC Davis. He retired from the National Football League in 2010, received his Master's in Systems Engineering and now works as a Systems Engineer for a company in the northwest.
