Since the age of 16, Stagg had a particular interest and fascination with erotic art. It was not until 2005, however, that she began a focused and concentrated pursuit of erotic photography. Upon meeting erotic model and girl on girl porn star Justine Joli, Stagg started exploring erotic photography. She began shooting well-known porn, fetish and glamor models. The images were too artsy for porn magazines, and too porn-like for so called "erotic" publications and websites. With no exhibition outlet for her images, she started The Stagg Street blog.
