Early Life and Education
Born and raised in Easton Connecticut, Stagg lived a more sheltered, suburban life before moving to New York City in 1996. She attended the School of Visual Arts (SVA) where she received a BFA in Photography. Stagg now resides in Brooklyn, and after ten years in the city proudly identifies herself as a New Yorker.
