The Years With Nichya

During her time working with t.A.T.u., Kiper wrote and recorded a song called "Ne Glotat" with her partner Shapovalov. This demo was supposed to have been for t.A.T.u.'s recording purposes, but was dropped. Kiper, having owned the rights to the song, later teamed up with friend and fellow singer Oleg Borshevskiy to re-record the song. This time, however, the song was entitled Nichya ("No One's" in feminine form), and would be the basis name of the group they would form.

Nichya was officially born in 2001, and in February 2002, the two singers got together to record and write material for their album, Navsegda ("Forever").
