Eleanor Montgomery
Eleanor Inez Montgomery (born November 13, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio) is a retired female high jumper from the United States, who competed in the 1950s and 1960s for her native country. She is a two-time Olympian, and was affiliated with the Tennessee State University.
Montgomery set her personal best in the women's high jump event (1.80 metres) on 1969-07-06 at the US National Championships in Dayton, which was an American record at that time. She also competed in the long jump and the heptathlon during her career.
