EMIS Group Limited became EMIS Group plc and then floated on AIM starting trading on 29 March 2010.
In the half year ended June 2012:
- The roll-out of their new product, EMIS Web, accelerated; and
- They were awarded one of only two framework agreements for the supply of a managed GP service solution in Wales.
