Edna Krabappel
Edna Flanders (previously Krabappel)( /krəˈbɑːpəl/) is a fictional character from the animated TV series The Simpsons, voiced by Marcia Wallace. She is the teacher of Bart Simpson's 4th grade class at Springfield Elementary School. Krabappel is the only character Wallace voices on a regular basis.
