Accreditation
Although Edison State College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate and baccalaureate degrees, it was placed on probation in June 2012 for "failing to demonstrate institutional integrity and failing to employ enough full-time faculty to carry out the college’s mission."
